Zoom Integration

Connect your Zoom account to NativCoach and automatically generate meeting links for every coaching session.

Adding the App

How to connect Zoom to NativCoach

Follow these steps to authorize NativCoach to create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf.

  1. 1

    Log in to NativCoach

Sign in at nativcoach.com/app/login/ with your coach account.

  2. 2

    Go to Settings > Integrations

From your dashboard, open the left sidebar and navigate to Settings, then select the Integrations tab.

  3. 3

    Click "Connect Zoom"

Locate the Zoom integration card and click Connect Zoom. You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page.

  4. 4

    Sign in to Zoom

Enter your Zoom credentials on Zoom's own sign-in screen. NativCoach never sees your Zoom password.

  5. 5

    Approve the requested permissions

Review and accept the permissions NativCoach requests — these allow the app to create, update, and delete meetings on your behalf.

  6. 6

    Confirm Zoom shows "Connected"

You will be returned to NativCoach automatically. Under Settings > Integrations, the Zoom card should now display Connected.

Using the App

How NativCoach uses Zoom

NativCoach uses your connected Zoom account to create video meeting links for coaching sessions automatically — no manual link copying required.

When a booking is created

NativCoach automatically creates a Zoom meeting and saves the join URL to the booking. Both you and your client will receive the link in confirmation emails.

When a booking is rescheduled

NativCoach updates the associated Zoom meeting to reflect the new date and time. The join URL remains the same.

When a booking is canceled

NativCoach cancels and deletes the related Zoom meeting so it no longer appears in your Zoom account.

Note: Zoom meetings are only created for session types configured to use Zoom. In-person or phone session types are not affected.

Removing the App

How to remove NativCoach from Zoom

You can revoke NativCoach's access to your Zoom account at any time directly from the Zoom Marketplace.

  1. 1

Log in to your Zoom account at zoom.us.

  2. 2

Open the Zoom Marketplace, then go to Manage > Added Apps.

  3. 3

Find NativCoach in your list of added apps.

  4. 4

Click Remove and confirm the removal when prompted.

  5. 5

Return to NativCoach and reconnect Zoom from Settings > Integrations if you wish to restore the integration.

You can also disconnect Zoom from within NativCoach by clicking Disconnect on the Zoom integration card under Settings > Integrations. This revokes NativCoach's token and marks the integration inactive.

Data After Removal

What happens to your data

When you remove or deauthorize NativCoach from Zoom, the following occurs:

  • NativCoach marks your Zoom integration as inactive and immediately stops using your Zoom access tokens. No further meetings will be created or modified.

  • Your existing bookings and session history remain intact in your NativCoach dashboard — they are not deleted.

  • Historical Zoom meeting join links may remain stored on past bookings as a reference. These links are no longer actively managed by NativCoach.

  • If you would like your stored Zoom meeting data removed from past bookings, email [email protected] with a deletion request and we will process it promptly.

Reconnecting: You can reconnect Zoom at any time from Settings > Integrations. New bookings created after reconnecting will automatically receive Zoom meeting links.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and fixes

Disconnect and reconnect Zoom from Settings > Integrations. Ensure you click Allow on every permission Zoom requests during authorization. If the issue persists, sign out of Zoom in your browser, clear cookies, and try again.

Check that:

  • Zoom is shown as Connected under Settings > Integrations.
  • The session type is configured to use Zoom as the meeting format.
  • Your Zoom account is a licensed (paid) account — basic Zoom accounts impose limits on meeting creation via the API.

Your Zoom account may be managed by an organization that restricts third-party app installations. Contact your Zoom administrator to approve the NativCoach app, or connect using a personal Zoom account instead.

Zoom meeting links are generated at the time a booking is created. Bookings made before Zoom was connected will not have a link automatically. You can add the link manually by editing the booking, or contact [email protected] and we can regenerate it for you.

If Zoom was disconnected at the time of rescheduling, the update may not have been sent to Zoom. Reconnect Zoom and then reschedule again, or manually update the meeting in your Zoom account. Contact [email protected] if this keeps happening.
