What to include in your request

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following when you email [email protected]:

Your NativCoach account email address

Your Zoom account email address (if the issue is Zoom-related)

A screenshot or written description of the issue

The booking or session where the issue occurred (date, client name, or booking ID if available)

Troubleshooting Zoom Connection Issues

Try disconnecting and reconnecting Zoom from Settings > Integrations. Make sure you approve all requested permissions on the Zoom authorization screen. If the issue persists, sign out of Zoom in your browser first, then reconnect.

Confirm that:

  • Zoom shows Connected under Settings > Integrations.
  • The session type for that booking is set to Zoom (not In-Person or Phone).
  • Your Zoom account is a licensed account — basic (free) Zoom accounts have meeting restrictions.

If all of the above look correct, disconnect and reconnect Zoom, then create a test booking.

Clear your browser cookies and try again. If you see an "Access Denied" error from Zoom, your Zoom account may be managed by an organization that restricts third-party apps. Contact your Zoom administrator or use a personal Zoom account.

The Zoom meeting link is generated when the booking is created. If a booking was created before Zoom was connected, it will not have a link. You can add the meeting link manually by editing the booking, or contact support and we can regenerate it for you.

NativCoach will mark the Zoom integration as inactive and will no longer create or update meetings. Your existing bookings and their Zoom join links remain in your dashboard. To restore full Zoom functionality, reconnect from Settings > Integrations. See our Zoom documentation for full details.
