Sign up at nativcoach.com/app/register/ — no credit card needed. You'll get a 30-day free trial with full access. The onboarding wizard will guide you through setting up your business profile, branding, and first booking page in under 5 minutes.
No. Your 30-day free trial requires zero payment information. You choose a plan when the trial ends.
Yes — email [email protected] with your client CSV and we'll help you import your existing client list. Bulk import tools are on our roadmap.
Billing & Plans
Starter ($47/mo): Up to 15 active clients, white-label booking page & client portal, digital contracts & e-signatures, Stripe payment collection, client intake forms, branded coach website, 1 published landing page & event registration, basic CRM (notes, goals, tags), and Zoom integration. Digital Business Card available as an add-on.
Pro ($97/mo): Everything in Starter, plus Lead Machine (QR lead capture & CRM attribution), unlimited landing pages for offers & events, 1 Digital Business Card included, white-label email from your domain, custom website domain, client messaging, Zoom integration, advanced website & custom themes, revenue tracking per client, and priority email support.
Agency (custom pricing): Everything in Pro, plus Lead Machine for the whole team, custom coach seats & coach management, custom digital business cards per coach, organization-level branding, coach payout tracking & revenue by coach, advanced analytics dashboard, dedicated account support & custom onboarding, and early access to new features.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Features & Platform
Your clients see your logo, your colors, and your business name — NativCoach is completely invisible to them. On the Pro plan, you can also configure white-label email sending from your own domain.
NativCoach uses Stripe Connect — clients pay directly from your booking page and funds go to your connected Stripe account. You keep 100% of your session fees. NativCoach charges are separate (your monthly platform subscription).
Yes — on the Pro plan, you can connect your Google Calendar. Bookings sync automatically and your existing calendar blocks your availability.
